No. The Pipe Flow Advisor software only calculates flow rates for water.

Pipe Flow Advisor uses the manning formula and the manning coefficient to calculate approximate flow rates for water flow in open channels, part filled closed channels, and part filled pipes. This formula cannot be used with other fluids (only water).

Pipe Flow Advisor can also estimate the time taken for a tank of water to empty, given the tank shape, tank dimensions and height of fluid.
