Can Pipe Flow Wizard calculate maximum length of pipe that meets a given condition?
Yes. When the pipe's internal roughness, internal diameter, fittings, elevation change, and available pressure and required flow rate are known then the MAXIMUM LENGTH of the pipe that meets the given conditions can be calculated.
The flow type (laminar or turbulent), Reynold's number, and friction factor used in the pressure loss calculation are also displayed alongside the maximum length of pipe result.
